Exciting Invitation

Well, I returned home this morning after two days of inducing without my baby in my arms.  He’s still growing in the belly and doing well, thankfully, but I’d MUCH rather be holding him of course!

I did get the mail though this morning and was excited to see the following invitation!

Isn’t that SO PRETTY?  I know I wasn’t hand selected as I’ve heard through the grapevine that Stampin’ Up! randomly chooses demonstrators for these dinners but I think it’s still exciting!

The invitation is for me and a guest (hopefully the baby doesn’t count! and my hubby can join me, haha!) to have dinner with the President and COO of Stampin’ Up!, Dale Fillmore!!  How exciting is that?  Typically the corporate team chooses a few demonstrators to dine with at Stampin’ Up! functions to discuss topics such as the direction of the company, the current state of the company, perhaps discuss projects in the work, demonstrator business, you get the idea.  I just hope this baby comes in a timely fashion so as not throw off our Hawaii plans!!!!!  LOL

So, you’re probably wondering more about the card (I’m not offended!! LOL)… 
I  believe the card base is Baja Breeze and the circle was probably cut with the new Circle Cutter in Kiwi Kiss.  The ribbon is the double sided Kiwi Kiss and Very Vanilla satin ribbon, I LOVE how they tied the knot.  The butterfly is a Big Shot exclusive die (Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Butterflies) and the stamp sets are Central Park and Introducing.  I just LOVE that I got a hand stamped card directly from Stampin’ Up!  Wonder who stamped it? LOL

Stamping to pass some time…

Off to be induced this morning!  But couldn’t sleep so I thought I’d do a little stamping to keep my mind off things.  And ‘little’ is what I did with only 30 minutes to pass…  But Igot to use my new Fifth Avenue Floral stamp set!
