My Digital Studio

Hopefully you’ve heard about Stampin’ Up!’s new My Digital Studio software.  Well, I’ve had it a while and just opened it tonight (finally) thanks to Cheryl and Vicki asking me questions about it!  :)   Thanks girls!!  So, I downloaded it and came up with one quick page to share with you all.  Funny, I said to myself, I’m going to digitally scrap the first picture that comes up and lo and behold one of my naked belly shows up!!  So… here you go… lucky you… haha!  Of course I can’t figure out how to get the image on my blog without some distortion, but that’s totally user error (me) and not related to the My Digital Studio software at all!  It took me about 10 minutes to do this page and it was the first thing I’ve ever done.  Imagine how quick it will be when I know the ins and outs and what everything does?!?!?!

Yummy Breads and Muffins…

These breads/muffins sound just perfect for a fall day!  I hope you’ve been enjoying all of these recipe cards.  I’d like to say THANK YOU again to all of those who stamped these recipe cards… there are still so many to share with you all!  Remember, if you see yours posted, let me know, and I’ll put your name with it to give you credit!  And also, if you don’t cook (like me!!) you can use these to help you get some scrapbooking done!  Just place a picture where the recipe is and voila!

Corn Chowder Anyone??

I cannot believe how long it snowed today!! Thank goodness none of it stuck or I’d be really, really depressed!  But it was a great day for corn chowder… if only I had some of these ingredients in the house!  Well, enjoy the recipes and enjoy the recipe cards!

Fabulous Regional Event!

Stampin’ Up! hosts smaller Regional events throughout the country.  Today was the Portland, ME Regional event and 8 of us from my team went.  WHAT FUN!!!!!  Here are some highlights…

Here we are when we first arrived.  Snacks in the middle (what is stamping without chocolate??) and free stamps… aaaaaah life is good!

Here are some samples that were demonstrated today.  Too cute!!!

Yuletide Christmas stamp set (above)
Chocolate Chip striped grosgrain ribbon

This Fancy Favor box uses the new Shimmer Paints!!  I {heart} shimmer paints!

A fun gift using the Decor Elements boxes.

The above are more great projects demonstrated today.  So many ideas, so little time!  LOL

Everyone who attended Regionals received the Berry Christmas stamp set from the current Holiday mini.  Then they had this great display showing projects using the stamp set.  It’s definitely a stamp set not to be overlooked!  (Watch for a great class coming soon using this fun stamp set.)

There are many more projects and ideas I could share with you from just this 4 hour seminar.  But I’ll leave you with a shot of my girls who attended today.  Such fun!
