Tracy’s Shoebox Swap
Here’s an adorable card for Easter. It’s actually a hinge card. The top portion hinges up and open and your message is stamped on the base, behind the bunny. Too cute, huh?!?! Nice job Tracy!

Cyn’s Shoebox Swap
Here is another card some members of my team and I created at our shoebox swap in January. Sorry it’s taken me so long to post them all!
Cyn created this one and I just love the combination of the two Valentine’s stamps (sentiment from Well Scripted, heart from Love You Much) and inks. And it also showcases the designer paper in the Occasions mini right now (Sending Love); this one has lots of great sparkle!

Blue bird.
Last night I had a fun workshop with some newer ladies (and a couple very experienced ones too) so I came up with this simple yet cute card for them to create. What I love about it is I used some card kits I had already cut and bagged that were leftover from another workshop. I liked the challenge of coming up with something different out of the same materials. Maybe I should try that more often!

I used:
Stamp Sets: Good Friend, With All My Heart
Card Stock: Bashful Blue, Brilliant Blue, Whisper White
Embellishments: clear rhinestone brad, Ballet Blue 5/8" grosgrain ribbon
Inks: Bashful Blue, Brilliant Blue, Crushed Curry
My Baby is Turning One!
Crazy stuff. The last of my babies is turning one next month. Bittersweet. Here’s what I came up with for his party invitation. I got the new Fox & Friends set specifically because of that adorable monkey so I felt I had to come up with a way to use him! Hope you think it’s cute! I am just glad to have them all made and sent! (I’m still feeling guilty I never did make his birth announcements. I made one, and cut a bunch of the card stock, but never finished. Ho hum.)

I used:
Stamp Sets: Fox & Friends, On Your Birthday
Card Stock: Ballet Blue, Real Red, Whisper White
Embellishments: Real Red striped ribbon, blue wire
Punches: Scallop oval (then I simply cut them in half, well actually my 5 year old did, to make them into clouds), small oval punch, 3/4" circle, small star (for the end of the balloon), 1/16" hole punch
Big Shot: Perfect Polka Dots Impressions embossing folder
Inks: Chocolate Chip, Ballet Blue
February 2010 Stamp Club Projects
Here are tonight’s club projects! There was some definite CASE-ing going on with the baseball and flower cards (found them on splitcoast – I did change them both a bit) and then you saw the birthday cake one in my post from yesterday. We put dark chocolate m&m’s in the treat cup. Yum!
These were fun cards to create – hopefully now that the first card has been made with a hidden door for the treat cup that more of these will be created! It’s always getting the concept for the first time that is tricky, then it gets easier, right?!?!

Stamp Sets Used: Pick a Petal, Just Baseball, Bitty Birthday
Designer Paper: Bride Specialty, Sweet Pea
RIbbons: Crushed Curry polka dot grosgrain, Old Olive wide grosgrain, Pretty in Pink satin
