Bitty Birthday Mojo
I love stamping! I just can’t get to it as much as I’d like. Can I get an amen to that? LOL
Anyway… I got to create my own creation (versus some CASE-ing that I’ve done lately) last night and I kinda followed this week’s mojo sketch. And this will be one of the cards for stamp club this week. Hopefully they like it!

Supplies Used:
Stamp Set: Bitty Birthday (you can earn this free with Sale-A-Bration right now!)
Card Stock: Whisper White, Chocolate Chip, Rose Red
Designer Paper: Sweet Pea (in the current Occasions mini – it’s awesome and a HUGE pack!!)
Ribbon: Pretty in Pink Satin
Other: ticket corner punch, designer label punch, circle scissors plus, 1 3/4" circle punch
St Patty’s & Sympathy SAS
This month’s stamp a stack class was held on the first Tuesday of the month. Here are the cards the ladies created. 3 each of the 4 designs. The leprechaun (isn’t he cute?) wasn’t my original idea – I found him through Ann Clemmer. I used My Digital Studio to print out the sentiments as I don’t have a large sentiment for St. Patrick’s Day. (There is a nice ‘happy st patrick’s day’ in Teeny Tiny Wishes but I wanted something bigger!) And it’s hard to tell but the three dots below the leprechaun are actually 1/4" circles punched from Brushed Gold Card stock. And can I tell you how much I LOVE the new Polka dots embossing folder????? It makes the blow easier to take from SU! retiring the Polka Dots background stamp on me! I know you can’t really see it in the picture but I used the embossing folder (with the Big Shot) on the Basic Black layers and wham! It adds dimension like you wouldn’t believe!

Other Products Used:
Stamp Sets: Bloomin’ Beautiful, Vintage Vogue, Very Vintage Jumbo Wheel
Designer Paper: Sweet Pea
Ribbons: Chocolate Chip Taffeta and Basic Gray 5/8" Satin
Brads: gold and clear rhinestones
NEXT MONTH’S STAMP A STACK IS MEETING ON TUESDAY, MARCH 2ND. We will be creating 6 Easter cards and 6 cards geared toward women for any occasion. Class fee is $25. Please e-mail me if you’d like to join us!
Amy’s Shoebox Swap
Beautiful! Amy’s card features the A Happy Heart stamp set (same set used here) from the current catalog. I’m not sure you can see it but Amy took the time (and hence I had to as well! lol) to adhere the tiny left over hearts from the new Pinking Hearts Border punch as the fly-aways from the dandelion and three more under the sentiment. There is also a touch of superfine glitter in the center of the flower. The flower was done by coloring the stamp with markers, misting the paper with water, and then stamping the image. Shall I say it again? Beautiful!

I should also add that Amy had 3 Pretty in Pink brads going up the right side of the card I believe but I didn’t add them on because I was the last one stamping and wanted to let her leave! LOL But I did love the design!
Julie’s Shoebox Swap
And yet another beauty from Julie (remember her Christmas card?). Julie did what I tell people to do all the time. USE ME! LOL Okay, well not really ME, but any card design I’ve done in the past! This was a version of an open house card I did when this stamp set (Eastern Blooms) first came out. Julie added her own touch with the sharp contrast of colors (Rose Red and Basic Black), a different sentiment, and of course a butterfly (Julie has an affinity to all butterflies and dragonflies!)! And it works! The butterfly comes from the new Embosslits Die called Beautiful Wings from the current Occasions mini. Love it!

Another Fabulous Swap! – Mandi
Okay, sorry to go MIA on ya for a week there! And I was doing so well!!! Aaah well… life goes on…
Here is another awesome card we made at my team shoebox swap. This was created by Mandi. Again a terrific display of the new Sweet Pea designer paper in the Occasions mini and the new Sale-A-Bration scallop trim punch. It uses the With All My Heart stamp set that I’m totally adoring these days. Cute, isn’t it? You could whip up a bunch of these in no time, stamp any sentiment in the bottom, and have cards for all occasions! Thanks Mandi!
