Andrew Name Frame

While I’m away enjoying a fabulous 20th Anniversary Celebration at Stampin’ Up!’s Convention I thought I’d share a few miscellaneous projects with you.   Hope you don’t mind!   This Name Frame was made for a friend’s son.  (I actually made it last November/December and still have yet to give it to them!  Ridiculous, huh?!?!)  Anyway, it uses some retired designer series papers, the Everyday Flexible Phrases (current) and LetterPress (retired) stamp sets, some wide chocolate grosgrain ribbon, some 1/4" blue grosgrain ribbon (retired), a couple pieces of hodgepode, a brad, and my Xyron to make the letters into stickers.  I tend to struggle with ‘boy’ things and it’s very, very difficult for me to keep ribbon off of anything, but I think this works, what do you think?

A note about the frame: this frame was one that had a matte cut for 3 photos.   I simply took the matte out, cut my background designer series paper the same size as the matte and started decorating!  (You could cut it larger to fill up the frame, just don’t decorate those edges that will be hidden by the frame edges.)
