Truly an Easy Card

Here is a card we made at my Open House Bingo night.  Now typically, I have a hard time doing "simple" cards.  I always want to add a little of this, a little of that, a punch here, a dab there… LOL.  But I purposely tried to go simple with this versatile new stamp set called "Easy Events."  So here's the card…

So, what does it use?

Well….

Stamp Set: Easy Events
Card Stock: Basic Black, NEW Wisteria Wonder, Watercolor Paper, and Very Vanilla
Ribbon: Certainly Celery striped grosgrain
Inks: Jet Black Stazon, Wisteria Wonder marker with aquapainter, Pear Pizzazz marker

And a few dimensionals, mini glue dots, and adhesive!  Truly Simple and still pretty! 

Tracy’s Red, White, and Blue swap card

Here is yet another great red, white, and blue card!  Of course I'm always bias to stars, stripes, bling, and ribbon and this has all of the aforementioned!!  Tracy did a great job with the challenge, don't ya think?  She incorporated a lot of punches, namely the large star punch, 1/2" circle punch,and the scallop edge border punch.  The Big Shot was also used with the Square Lattice embossing folder for the Real Red layer.  And of course some jewel rhinestones! 

Sticky Note Holder

Here is the sticky note holder we made at the Mom & Me class as well as at my Demo Only stamp camp.  The kids loved making them (and the moms too!) and so I thought it a good idea to show my team members so they too can offer the project as an option for a children's class.

Sale-A-Brate and Mojo

Here’s a card I made for today’s Sale-A-Bration class using this week’s Mojo Monday sketch.  It’s very quick and simple even though there are a lot of elements on it.

Card Stock: Ballet Blue, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White
Designer Series Paper: Welcome Neighbor (Sale-A-Bration 2010)
Embellishments: Pumpkin Pie corduroy button, Brocade Blue 5/8" grosgrain ribbon, Chocolate Chip flower brad
Other Items: Ballet Blue stamp pad, corner rounder punch, glue dots

Valentines and Birthday Cards

Here are the cards from this week’s club meeting.  I love getting together with you ladies!  You are all so much fun.  Because of the holidays and all it felt like it had been forever since we got together and it took me a few minutes to get back in routine.  It was great fun!!  And I wish you all could’ve seen the swap cards.  (Each month members have the opportunity to participate in a card swap with each other.)  There was a snow globe card, TWO stair step cards, embossing, glitter, bling, and more!!!
